Betsy at Husky Branch Falls

One nice thing about hiking with Betsy is that she really likes finding waterfalls.  Her face just lights up, especially when there is a place where she can sit and just enjoy the look and sound of falling water.

This drawing is based on a photo I took of Betsy back in February, 2008, at Husky Branch Falls near Elkmont in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.  Husky Branch is a small waterfall, but it was perfect to sit and enjoy the scenery and listen to the splashing water.
