From My Archives: Grace’s High Falls

The first time Betsy and I visited Little River Canyon National Preserve near Fort Payne, Alabama, was during a drought.  The drive along the rim of the canyon still offered some spectacular views, but the waterfalls were barely a trickle.  The picture of Grace’s High Falls I took that day (see below) wasn’t much, but turning the picture into a watercolor at least brought out more of the color.
